Our Team

Kiran Sharma

Hi I’m Kiran Sharma, I set up Physio Matters in 2000, but didn’t really take it too seriously until Sept 2003, when I started working from home. However the home could not sustain the clinics growth and in April 06 Physio Matters moved to a new refurbished premises at 3 Gipsy Lane in Balsall Common. The clinic is still growing and going from strength to strength.

I qualified from Coventry University in 1997 with BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.  Since then I’ve worked in various hospitals and clinics, but since 2004 I’ve worked solely for myself.

I enjoy treating most musculoskeletal and neurological candidates. I enjoy going to the gym and generally trying to keep myself physically fit. At present I’m also trying to complete my MSc in human factors ergonomics for which I still have two years to go.

Sally Morris

My name is Sally Morris and I have been in the fitness industry for 24 years, I’m married with four children and have seen a lot of changes since I qualified back in 1983. I undertook my training with Michael King at the Pilates Institute and having passed, went on to complete my fitness pilates. A lot of the old principles with contemporary ballet and my old yoga training ( which I did back in 1985 ) put me in good stead for my teaching pilates.

I feel very strongly that posture is paramount and by being aware of how we stand and live our daily lives this can have a benefit or detrimental effect on our bodies. I have been teaching pilates since 2002 and although the basic pilates are limited the results have been amazing, and to see other peoples strength and suppleness improve is very rewarding.
